Buying a home is a complicated process, and even if you have purchased several homes in the past, laws, processes and systems change. I can provide you with information regarding what is happening in the market and can give you advice while making the process fun.
It is important that you visit with a lender to get pre-qualified even before you start looking at homes. After looking at your particular situation, they can give you advice on what particular loan program is right for you, how much of a loan you can qualify for, what your loan cost, closing costs and prepaids will be and what your monthly payment will be on a hypothetical home. This gives both of us the information necessary to confidently move forward with your home search. Also, having a pre-qualification letter from a lender will give you more credibility as a buyer than a potentially competing offer without a pre-qualification letter.
Looking at properties is the fun part! After determining your desired monthly payment and amenities, I will assist you in monitoring available properties that meet your criteria and we will begin showings of the properties you have selected. I will supply you with all of the information needed to help you make an informed decision, but the choice of your dream home is entirely up to you.

I will guide you through the process of writing and negotiating the offer, coordination of the mortgage loan process, appraisal and inspections to arrive at moving day!
